The person spewing forth the above is NOT named "Mac", nor is he
"McDonnell".
The person is RODGER FREGO from Schertz, Texas.
Sometime ago he stole the Domain of a retired sergeant.
While posting there he spewed forth more than 160 "obscene and
vulgar" posts.
He accused one sergeant of being a convicted child molester.
When asked for specifics (i.e., location of Court, Court Case Number,
etc.) of course he could not provide anything.
He accused another sergeant of having three D.U.I.'s.
In my case he stated, as fact, that I purchased a Silver Star on eBay.
When others challenged him to provide the proof he claimed he had, he
then stated that I had obtained the Silver Star through sex acts with
the VC.
He also claimed that I murdered soldiers.
He also claimed that, as a Medic, I was a coward for taking cover
during a firefight.
His VAST COMBAT EXPERIENCE?
He was a cook.
As for his comments about what happened in that ambush, consider that
Rodger Frego has not been in direct military combat. He has never
been a medic and he was not there... but, if you put his name into
GOOGLE you will discover many of his posts attacking others and when
he is really upset at a veteran he steals that veterans name and posts
as such, in the hopes of creating chaos and disruption.
Recently he stated that I was "Black"; then that I was a "fag"(his
word); and then, that I was a Muslim...
He then posted my name, my birthdate, my former and current address
and told people to show up at my front door.
He posted further attacks.
He began posting as "Mac".
Then as "Dennis McDonnell".
He then posted the statement that he had talked with the police chief
in Olanthe, Kansas and notified her that he had filed a criminal
complaint that I was "...stalking, harassing, and exploiting his
sixteen year old daughter."
I sent that copy to the F.B.I.
And to the "National Center for Abused and Exploited Children".
When the Department of Justice guy in the Division handling Internet
Crimes Against Children contacted me I faxed him that accusation.
IN THURSTON COUNTY the Detective investigated and discovered that the
person stealing the Domain and posting the 160+ "obscene and vulgar"
posts was.... this person down in Schertz, Texas.
HERE IS A BRIEF COPY OF THE REPORT: it is not posted for harassment
but to help present another side to the statements Rodger has recently
made that he had not admitted to anything.... etc., etc.
In retaliation he has created yet another imaginary friend of his,
this one called "Detective Campbell" and he claims this person has
spoken with me --- he claims I was ordered to not use the domain
; when one of the veterans noted the antics of Rodger,
he offered the use of the present domain, which I am using...
On 7/2/2005 the THURSTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE INCIDENT REPORT
stated the following:
12.) NARRATIVE: "…an unknown person… used his (Bill Proffitt's)
domain name and on-line eMail address (oldsarge@oldsarge.net)."
The Detective continued with: "The suspect used obscene language,
accused others of sex offenses… Mr. Proffitt… found a total of at
least 163 posted messages… these messages included vulgar and obscene
comments of a sexual nature direct toward third parties. The poster
accused on person, Richard Greene, of being a convicted child molester
and graphically described sex offenses."
Let's take a look at the THURSTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE "CASE
DISPOSITION"
Case #05-07110-07, dated 9/2/2005
The "suspect" is in Schertz, Texas.
Under COMMENTS, the Detective state:
"The suspect was warned, and agreed to stop using the victim's domain
name, which he has already stopped doing."
ANOTHER DOCUMENT: the THURSTON COUNTY SERIFF'S SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT ,
dated 9/02/2005, had the Detective stating that he had received
information back from NIBBLE INFORMATION SYSTEMS of Osceola, Indiana.
On 8/22/2005 the President of Nibble Information Systems sent the
Detective a fax confirming the suspect's subscriber's account
information. That location was in Schertz, Texas. The Detective
stated that Mr. Proffitt had stated the abuse had stopped since he had
reported it and it was Mr. Proffitt (NOT Rodger Frego) who thought a
warning was sufficient.
The Detective further stated that he contacted the Police department
in Schertz, Texas.
They provided the name and telephone number of the suspect.
The Detective stated that on 9/2/2005 at 0950hrs he telephoned Mr.
Frego.
The Detective stated that "Mr. Frego freely admitted he had sent the
messages."
Further:, Mr. Frego admitted that "He realized the type of messages
being sent were getting to be inappropriate. Mr. Frego assured me he
would not continue that activity."
The Detective further stated: "I informed him that Identity Theft was
a serious crime, and that other forms of harassment might be
chargeable in this case. I told him this was a warning.

CyberStalking and his ongoing attacks and the disruption he causes
