   He can't.   
   All he has is his vile, obscene & vulgar posts and his accusations   
   that are based upon his twisted fantasy world wherein he must attack   
   anyone better than himself, anyone who has challenged the accusations   
   he has made about others.   
   If he actually did file he knows he would have to face  "Discovery"   
   and he definitely knows what that would entail.   
   So, all he has is his pitiful accusations.
