   But The Lowered is the One whose Mighty Hand caused the snowstorms in   
   the first place, which are the instant problem.   
      
   The Lowered gets the credit if the weather breaks, but is not held   
   accountable if it doesn't.  Afterwards, folks will donate to their   
   church at this season.   
      
   This god-bidniss works out just fine.   
      
   Why folks take it seriously is odd, though.
