   I would refer to them as a city person who likes to camp   
   and hike as often as their schedule permits.   as for their   
   pulling the not so bright stunts, I would deferred to an   
   evaluation of the sum total of their accumulative actions   
   with regard for their demonstrated respect and understanding   
   of nature and Her powers.

   poor planning on their part should not be allowed to burden   
   other people.
