   yep, it was the "tone" in which they were speaking   
   on camera doing the toe stomping.  as I said "cut   
   just short of blasting dumb southerners".   I don't   
   think that particular news clip will ever be aired   
   on the national news.   
      
      
   the event was tragic and it is MHO that all traffic   
   accidents are in one way or another a tragedy.
