   well Ann, that's because you're smart.  the Watertown, NYers are   
   by default going to know more fun things you can do with snow while   
   you pass the time waiting for the rescue rangers to arrive.  the   
   Watertown, NYers would most likely construct a really neat snow   
   fort and some snow people out in front of their snow fort.  you'd   
   have a whole lot more fun with the Watertown, NYers than you'd ever   
   have sitting there listening to the rural North Carolinians complain   
   about being cold and wet.
