   when considering "one who is opposed to" I'll admit to having   
   stood in opposition to having my environment filled with relocated   
   losers and quitters from other states such as californication who   
   wish to impose their nasty government loving ways upon the native   
   inhabitants of the area who have worked together to keep government   
   small, inexpensive and accountable.   
      
   now we've got new-guy and new-guy wants government to jump quick and   
   rescue his guy-type self whenever new-guy's poor planning or total   
   lack of understanding creates what new-guy deems to be an emergency   
   for someone else.
