   Sue whom?   
   Ok car makers for not doing enough to make fuel effecient cars, Its the   
   exhausts that are causing allot of the harm. Can we look at the logical   
   companies responsible.   
    Ok refineries.. allot of pollution comes from the making and refinining of   
   the fuel. One of the biggest Paid advocators of no global warming theory has   
   been EXXON and probably for good reason. Coal and diesel producers both   
   extremely dirty fuels and finally the gov officals from EPA and our leaders   
   who have sabotaged legislatiion that is suppose to protect our citizens.   
     Some people are suing by the way and the Supreme Court is reviewing such a   
   case but compared to the damage its too few. Why? I do know our President   
   has determined that lawsuits against our energy companies are often not   
   allowed. Now if our air was clean I could see it. Its not very often enough   
   on the east coast. If there is one real conspiracy going in the US today its   
   the in bed relationship between energy companies and big media. Why? I don't   
   know to be honest because we are undermininding our health and saftety for   
   future generations .
