   Unfortunately the reality is seldom taught in schools, but instead the   
   idealistic theory.  "The Bridge to Nowhere" and how such stuff comes to be   
   in the federal budget just don't seem to be mentioned.   
      
   At least, they weren't when I was in school in 19
