   Perhaps - but that wasn't lien's claim.   
      
   His claim was to the effect that they "never show up to inspect the work".   
      
   Whether the work is actually inspected is a separate question from   
   whether they show up.   
      
   Although, having taken the time to drive to the site, it would really be   
   difficult to concoct a scenario 'bout why they wouldn't do the actual   
   inspection.   
      
   It doesn't take that long in most cases. And it is hardly a strenuous   
   undertaking.
