And it is hardly a       > strenuous undertaking.              And it is their job after all.              I based my remark on only one incident, but it comes to mind whenever       I deal with inspectors.              I lived in Silver Spring Maryland back in the mid '70s and had a 220V       line installed for a clothes drier.
