   My new dog has her own blog, and I'm trying to upload her picture to it.   
     I follow the directions for a non-Picasa upload, but nothing happens.   
     I'd prefer not to change browsers -- the latest version of IE is what   
   I've got. It'll just be the one picture, but I may want to change it   
   later. Could use some ideas on what to do.  Thanks!
