   HOOD RIVER, Ore. - A cowboy mannequin named 'Gabby' was stolen from the   
   Charburger restaurant in Hood River and the owners are offering a $500   
   reward for its return.   
      
   The cowpoke stood near the front door for more than 25 years, serving as   
   the official greeter, but on Sunday, someone took off with Gabby while   
   no one was looking.   
      
   According to the folks who work at Charburger, Gabby is valued at more   
   than $3,300 and is insured, so they plan to replace him if no one steps   
   forward.
