   Their neigbors who do use it would be on the bus. Which is where they   
   were until bus routes got cancelled or changed. Not also that those who   
   live and work in Washington County are not necessarily using the the same   
   roads that those who ride MAX would use. MAX is a strip mall.

   Caldwell's confusion seems to be infectious. I have, in fact, actively   
   campaigned for local bond issues (especially schools) and voted for tax   
   increases. I am very pleased with the level of service in Beaverton and,   
   to a lesser degree, with that in Washington County. Metro, however, is a   
   bloated boondogle controlled primarily by Portland And Portland seems to   
   be the sick man of the west coast.
