   A prominent lumber company whose land borders ours has filed a request   
   to change the designation of that land from "AF-20"   
   (agricultural/forest) to "EFC" (Exclusive Forest Conservation).  Can   
   anyone tell me what the effective difference is between those   
   designations, or where to find this information?  Haven't had much luck   
   with Google.   
      
   Also, any ideas on how the lumber company would benefit from such a   
   change, and what the impact would be?
