   even be bothered to hold their worst monsters accountable for their crimes,   
   or that Barack Obama is a worthless excuse of a president, or that the left   
   is non-existent, consider the fact that George W. Bush is now enjoying his   
   ninth month of retirement. Here's a guy who killed more than two million   
   people, bankrupted the country, and I don't even feel like listing all his   
   crimes because we've been through this so often before--and there isn't even   
   the slightest interest in holding him accountable, much less throwing him in
