An artist in Medford plans to re-create his sculpture "Providence Lifts All" on a much grander scale. At 140 foot tall, the bronze monument will be second in height to no other US sculptures, other than the Statue of Liberty at 151 foot tall. Imagine a Statue of Liberty-sized statue next to the I-5.
