   Most of the fixed red light cameras I've seen in Oregon have a 2nd camera   
   for the rear plate.  Also Oregon does require 2 plates on cars/trucks.   
      
   Oregon law does allow for throwing out photo-radar generated tickets if   
   the driver of the vehicle isn't the owner of the vehicle.  You could tool   
   around in a Trump mask and claim "it's a YUGE misunderstanding; I had no   
   idea The Donald would be so reckless.."
