   A while ago I determined with my special abilities determination   
   ability that Anglican minister Summer Gross has healer   
   special ability, which again has to be applied by wiling, not   
   by prayer, though the ability is divinely granted.   
      
   However for now the ability will work for her only in the   
   large, but not global, region of her birth. There are   
   28 such regions which together cover the globe.   
   Perhaps as soon as Saturday evening there will   
   be what I call the incorporation, after which special   
   abilities will work anywhere in the Earth Moon system,   
   not including deep inside the Earth and the Moon.   
      
   Also note that healer special ability works only on   
   humans, cetaceans, and non-human simians   
   so can’t be tested on mice, for instance, but   
   could be tested on monkeys. For other   
   mammals and birds there is animal husbandry   
   special ability, which e.g. Eckhart Tolle and   
   Ian Hanomansing have, again restricted for   
   now to a large, but not global, region containing   
   their birthplace.
