   I was always fascinated by Biathlon athlets when they after a long   
   cross-country skiing distance came to the shooting ranges and before   
   shooting the targets absolutely slowing their breath and pulse in a few   
   seconds down to precisly shoot the targets.   
   Compared to expanded or as i say buzzing consciousness where your mind   
   consciousness (like a psydoc said sz is like a brain marathon) or your   
   heart consciousness or whatever consciousness center (according to   
   spiritual religious philosophy most humans have multiple consciousness   
   centers) is in an uproar and like i experienced e.g. today you can with   
   breathing techniques or even meditation (not kundalini which is the   
   opposit) calm your conscious center heart, mind etc... down.
