   during the USA Bush administration we had revolutionary pre-emptive   
   wars, then NATION BUILDING   
      
   during the USA Obama administration we threw past ally dictators away in   
   favor of revolutions, and no doubt the need for NATION BUILDING   
      
   I think it would be better for all involved if we had evolutions not   
   revolutions   
      
   the is no reason why the USA and other first world nations can't use   
   propaganda and politics if they have something truly better   
      
   the institution/establishment of developing nations has gotten at least   
   SOME progress toward peace and prosperity, they are at least NATIONS   
      
   working with the establishments of these nations would avoid NATION   
   BUILDING WHERE NATIONS already ARE
