   7 headed beast with the 10 horns gaining control of the Beast with the lamb's   
   horns!

   The 7 headed beast with 10 horns represents the UN security council which runs   
   the UN. The 4 permanent positions Russia, China, England and France who   
   created the EU has 4 heads/4 main presidents tuning the EU making 7 heads, the   
   10 horns are the 10    
   temporary members who are rotated out every 2 years. Revelation tells us that   
   the 10 horns are temporary in that the 10 kings had power for one hour. The   
   5th permanent member of the UN security council is the US, the woman that   
   rides the beast. Note the (   
   Woman)Statue of Liberty is located where the UN building is located.   
      
   We know that the Beast with the lambs horns will make people take the mark   
   otherwise they will not be able to buy or sell and it acts in authority for   
   the UN government. This Beast is the Internet and the organization that   
   controls the Internet is ICANN.    
   If you check out the logo of ICANN you will notice the lambs horns on it's   
   logo.   
      
   The Elite are planning to make everybody on the internet have a internet   
   drivers license otherwise you can not be part of it.   
      
   ICANN has run the IANA functions – which cover the highest level of   
   internet: the DNS, IP addresses, and internet protocols – since the day it   
   was incorporated in 1999, but through a contract awarded repeatedly to it by   
   the NTIA.This plan moves the    
   contract into ICANN's hands and so removes the US government from its position   
   of direct control – an important change in an ever more global   
   internet.Following the formal approval, the transition is in line to be   
   completed by the end of the current    
   IANA contract – 30 September 2016.   
      
   Privacy advocates, Internet users and legislators are battling the Obama   
   Administration to stop the cessation of power to internationalists. Since the   
   Internet is such a vital element of globalization, including the   
   implementation of the UN’s 2030    
   Agenda, Technocrats see this as a necessary step. It is not yet clear where   
   the handoff will end up, but most likely it will the the United Nations   
   itself, although there may be one or two intermediaries in the meantime.
