   Is that I put people up to sending signals ahead of time   
   so if he catches one and they tell him i put them up to it   
   that is what he is trying to do.   
      
   Big problem for his theory.   
      
   Even though the CIA had been in my life for years sending me signals   
   before robbie came in with his lie kidnapping me, I did not realize they had   
   machines or devices that did that, as when they do it it is subtle.   
      
   After robbie and his state and federal narcs came in with horns and trumpets   
   blaring sending signals, I realized that had happened before and there are   
   devices the govt has that do that.   
      
   Since i did not know there were machines doing that, no way i could ahead of   
   time put someone up to do that.
