   First time he stole my car?    
   I called police, Deputy Zamolzack was sent to my house ..   
   He filed theft report after verified ownership: me!!   
   I went to Marina , a neighbour took me there, and I took my car back.    
   When Randy came to Moreno, as he was living on the boat, I demanded key from   
   my  car, back! The spare key .    
   He refused .    
   I called cops .    
   Deputy comes ,TAKES VEHICLE OFF FROM STOLEN CARS LIST, and let Randy while he   
   was there in the front of him, steal my car AGAIN!!!!   
   WITHOUT VERYFYING MY DOCUMENTS OR DMV RECORDS !    
   CALLING ME A LIAR!    
      
   I TOLD HIM SHOWING DEPUTY  ZAMOLZACK  THEFT REPORT :   
   "ok, you call me a liar ,refusing to verify ownership! How about your   
   colleague, Deputy Zamolzak, WHO VERIFIED OWNERSHIP!!!ISHE A LIAR TOO?"    
      
      
   He didn't say nothing and let Randy stealing my car again!!!!   
   I was going nuts upset of all injustice received from you all!!!
