   In an LDS community, with an LDS judge, I don't see the issue if legit, as in   
   mormonism, everyone is entitled to personal revelation   
   from GOD, and that applies to any person on the planet.   
   In fact typically before they recruit a new member, typically ask them to ask   
   GOD about any questions about it to confirm it.
