   Birth time doesn't influence slow moving transits/planets and their aspect to   
   natal chart.    
   You said that conceiving time is accurate ... .   
   Pluto? Moves so slow ? It takes 248 years I believe to travel 360 degrees,   
   that even if you consider conceiving time would not change much .. a degree or
