   Looking at statements by president grant in 1965 and senators in 1871, they   
   mention guns fired and swords used.   
      
   It is possible that insurrection or rebellion implies armed, how else could   
   one work for such purpose?   
      
   Armed insurrection or armed rebellion. What the entire world saw was a   
   disruption of a technical proceeding.   
      
   With all the people there, did any have guns with them? Yes, 3 people, one of   
   whom was an off duty DEA agent, and none brandished them.   
      
   This was quite obvious not an insurrection, once you ignore any sesame street   
   interpretation.
