   Does not have and never had the ability to eradicate israel, let alone   
   exterminate the populace, nor ending the political regime state known as the   
   country of israel.   
      
   As far as I know, the hague does not yet recognize the principle of pre   
   emptive self defense. "They would have done it to us, so we are going to do it   
   to them first".   
      
   It bans genocide, and collective punishment.
