   Due to minor disagreements over minor and finer points of belief among a   
   certain orthodox sect, one group decided they were smart enough to give them   
   more access time to a special part of a special church.   
      
   But in order to do so, they had to find someone else to build their tunnel. So   
   the group picked one of their guys to take bids to fill the contract.   
      
   So they ended up getting 3 bids, from 3 companies.   
      
    So he schedules appointments to take their bids. When the first company   
   representative shows up, from an immigrant company and he asks him how much it   
   would cost, the company guy tells him it would cost 9,000 dollars.   
      
   When asked to explain what that was for, he tells him it is 3,000 for labor,   
   and 3,000 for material, so they should make 3,000 in profit for doing the job.   
      
   So he calls in the next company, a caucasian owned business, and they tell him   
   it would cost 15,000 dollars to build their tunnel. When asked for the   
   breakdown, they say 5,000 for the labor and the same for the materials, and   
   the remaining 5,000 is the    
   profit for doing the job.   
      
   He calls in the final company to take their bid. It happens to be a non   
   orthodox jewish company. So he asks him how much his company will charge to   
   build the tunnel and he tells him 29,000 dollars.   
      
   Flabbergasted, he tells him the immigrant company only wanted nine grans and   
   the white company 15 grand, so what was that 29 thousand for?   
      
   "ten thousand for you, ten thousand for me, and let the immigrant company do   
   it"
