   I STILL WONDER  MYSELF FROM WHERE AND HOW SUCH THING WAS POSIBLE TO HAPPEN ?    
      
   And I do believe I have the answer:    
      
   When hurt  to such a high degree by others ?    
   Your mind tries to protect herself , seeking healing .    
   Healing from trauma , is best achieved  by trying to forget the events   
   surrounding that traumatic moment .    
      
   Not truly forgetting , as is impossible,     
   Yet : set it aside , not letting that trauma be part of your every day life .    
   As you’ll never get better if you do so . But worse .    
      
   Naturally,  your brain refuses to revisit the events that traumatized you , in   
   an effort to heal.    
   In an effort to protect himself from pain.    
   That’s why many achieve healing through hypnosis . Wiping off those   
   traumatizing events from the brain . Just like you clean a hard drive , delete   
   the files that you don’t need anymore , they clutter the system , they hurt   
   not help the functionality    
   of the system . So you wipe them off !    
   So in my case ?    
   Without my awareness,  Unconsciously ?    
   I was really trying to heal myself,  refusing  to associate the man I fall for   
   with the man that did all this to me .    
   I pushed aside all that , in my effort to heal .   
   People that can’t heal from past trauma?    
   Is because they revisit that place over and over and over again.  Keeping the   
   wound open . Will never heal if you do that .    
   What I did ? In my effort to heal , Unconsciously?    
   I replaced the monster with a prince !    
   All for my wellness,  in my effort to heal that wound.     
   And I did great , I believe so…    
      
   When you wipe a hard drive clean ?    
   The files don’t go nowhere.  They are still there on the hard drive . Yet   
   they are buried,  underneath.    
   Wiping clean a hard drive , means you write on top of old information , new   
   one .    
   Meaning you don’t have access to that info anymore , only with special   
   software.    
   Same with our brain . You try to replace the painful data you experienced,    
   with new data .    
   Old bad memories,  with new better ones , so you can heal.    
   Many ?    
   Hate the ones that hurt them . And this is the worst thing one can do !    
   They will never heal ! If they hate their enemies !    
      
   While love ?    
   Is the perfect pill to heal !    
   I did exactly that ! All unconsciously.   
   And all this  twinflames stuff has a lot to do with it …    
   I doubt we know enough about how that twinflames  stuff truly works .    
   Yet what I surely can tell you about it ?    
   Is that is irrational !    
      
   More you try to understand?    
   Less you really do ….
