   A) No such thing as a constitutional rights. The constitution protects   
   rights, it doesn't create nor grant them.   
      
   B) You are responsible for your own health and care. I'm responsible   
   for mine. You have no rights to provided health care, it is a benefit   
   of our society and a privilege to participate, insomuch as you are   
   financially competent and capable to pay for such care.
