   This potential for Obamacare to stand is very troubling.   
      
   Laws generally tell an individual what they CANNOT do...murder, rape,   
   stealing, carrying guns in public, etc.  Obamacare is a blatant attempt by   
   the government to tell us what we MUST do.  Once that door is open, neither   
   side of the political spectrum is going to be happy with the party in power.   
      
   As it stands, just let Kennedy hear all the evidence himself while the other   
   8 go on vacation.
