   Tonight on NBC Nightly News Legal Correspondent Savannah Guthrie   
   hinted that John Roberts is so fed up with the SC split down political   
   lines that instead of rendering the Commerce side of Oboobuhcare   
   unconstitutional he went down the side that it was a tax and could be   
   used to tax the crap out of us Constitutionally.
