   No right compels.  Obamacare and Medicare compel.   
      
   You have the right to preserve and protect your own life.  You have a   
   right to choose healthcare or not, if available.  You do not have a   
   right to healthcare.  You do not have a right to compel others to   
   provide a service for you.  You do not have a right to compel others to   
   pay for a service for you.   
      
   So, what right is being secured here?
