There are damned few freeloaders that
can afford $100 a month health care insurance,
let alone what some of the family premiums are.

I think that means the freeloaders will get
free or almost free health care insurance if
they can survive until the IRS reimburses them.

Does that mean they have to pay premiums
for a year and then maybe get a big check back
   sometime next year?

So it may not be propaganda because the
legislation authors are liberals that seem to
think the average American household has
$60,000 a year income, when reality sets in,
the real numbers may be half that, especially
for young families with children and the great
many single mothers with children and broken
homes with children and "deadbeat" dads.

I can only relate to my case in the late 1960s,
earning as little $1.65 an hour and paying $25
a week for two children from a divorce and $25
a week for two from a deceased mother which
Social Security sad, too bad, sorry, not currently
   insured.

If I am right (I definitely am not left),
the program will be so confused people
   will pull their hair out.
IRS agents will only consider income
   and insurance premium amounts, nothing
else, feeding the kids won't be considered.
And debt payments won't be considered,
the insurance premium must come before
   the mortgage, rent or utilities.
