Who do you think pays the Medicare bills,
it isn't the government, they job out the claim
   approval and bookkeeping.
Medicare Part A was supposedly paid in
the FICA taxes for an entire working life,
for a person to have Part A while working
there would have to be a premium besides
   the FICA taxes.

Part B, 80% of the doctor bills and
outpatient services costs over $100 a month
now, and I pay $204.75 a month for the
20% supplemental AARP Plan C (which
is supposed to also cover 2 years extended
   stay).

        Not every doctor accepts Medicare
assignment, and unless the doctor has
a good bookkeeper he may lose money
   on Medicare.

This ACA should have been about
10 different bills, not one monstrosity,
it rambles on about 100 different things,
as if the Pelosi congress wanted to take
   over the world.

I don't think it can work, there are
too many people that are exempt,
and more can become exempt by
   becoming a preacher.
