   I see he is an anti-sugar guru.  That aside it is interesting he is in   
   conflict with another guru you have promoted recently whose name I forget.   
   I nicked named him starchy as he promotes using starchy veggies.  Starch is   
   almost instantly turned into sugars in digestion.  So which guru do you   
   really want to promote?
