What is this $40 Trillion all about?

There are millions of people earning enough
to not be eligible for federal assistance making
the ACA premium payments, but are loaded
down with debt, mortgage, car payments,
and rising costs for everything from food
   to gasoline.

Good the Supreme Court said they can't
be put in jail for not paying the premiums.
