You have no understanding of cancer; cancer researchers
and cancer "experts" realize how little understanding
   they have.

We have not yet found a way to control the numerous viruses
which cause the various types of "common cold", and they are
at least clearly foreign objects, and we know much more about
them than about what goes wrong with the body's cells when
they become cancerous. What is it which causes some cells
   to grow out of control?

Frankly, I doubt that cancer in general will be under much
control in a half century. The human, or even primitive
animal, body is far more complex than anything we have built.
