   What relevance?  Vit. d has not been shown to affect lower back pain of the   
   kind being discussed.   
      
   Chiropractic has similar results as does physical therapy in one lower back   
   pain study.  Chiropractic has not been demonstrated to have benefit in the   
   other areas it claims.
