   While ALL the Psychos and assorted nut-jobs on these ngs continue to   
   whine like stuck pigs, moi would like to report that he has finally   
   completed the construction of his exercise room.   
      
   Ergo, I now have a comfortable place work out at home in a room that   
   is 100% devoted to the pursuit physical exercise.   
      
   In other words simpletons, I will now be routinely exploring my   
   personal health results with stretching, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, mind-   
   body exercise, deep breathing, and all forms of body-weight exercising   
   that requires little or no equipment.   
      
   You should expect moi to be posting on same, during the indefinite   
   future, while I personally become a centenarian before your very   
   eyes .   
      
   Somebody has to piss-off carole, Bob, Karen, Taka, and ironjustice   
   after all.  :)
