   	Yeah, > 30 years as a family doctor, the only ones I missed   
   were the ones that preferred private consults. I can diagnose a high   
   probability of cancer on a physical exam, increase the chance with an   
   ultrasound, and , if the ultrasound is suspect. a mammogram. The   
   biopsy is for confirmation.   
   	I suppose you don't diagnose pneumonia by a physical exam   
   either. Biopsies yield better result$$$$$$$$.
