   ObamaCare, the turd that keeps on smelling.  I wouldn't be surprised if   
   this piece of crap serves as one of the fundamental underpinnings of our   
   destruction as a nation.  Granted, there is so much crap going on that   
   it is hard to single out this monstrous fecal nightmare.   
      
   Consider another aspect of ObamaCare that is patently unconstitutional,   
   yet little is discussed about it and it remains unchallenged: the   
   Independent Payments Advisory Board (IPAB).   
      
     - composed of 15 appointed members   
     - recommendations become /law/ if not overruled by *both* houses   
     - IPAB can only be repealed from Jan 1 - Feb 1 2017   
      
   I'm starting to think that Kim Jong Un (or whatever that doofus' name   
   is) is more of a benevolent ruler than the rejects we have that forced   
   ObamaCare on us...
