tale. There is no mystery to it. There is no secret to it. It just plain
   commonsense. Yet, all
these vitamin D researchers persist in their mythology that there is some
great unsolved mystery to the art of taking Vitamin D. In other words, they
do NOT give a damn about the populace at large.

the morning. Now, I take 10,000 IU of vitamin D-3 with my first snack of the
day, which is usually a banana six times a week. On the seventh day, I take
   just retinol rather
   than vitamin D.

probably somewhere between 2,000 IU and 4,000 IU a day. Obese individuals
need to take a lot more, or 10,000 IU a day on an empty stomach. Why?
   Because proper dosage should be
based upon body weight; as well as to when and how you take your D.

evening rather than during the morning hours in order to avoid any conflict
between vitamin D and A. That should put me in the 100 ng/mL range. Remember
   that Carl Sagan died at
age 62 from cancer, younger than moi!

science to stick its neck out when the ANSWER should be perfectly obvious to
all. It is very simple. Most health researchers are just pompous asses who
are full of bull, just like
all the Science Imbeciles on these ngs are.

without supplementing with D is totally besides the point. Moi is interested
in surviving to a ripe old, as a sure thing. Moi is going to make it,
   precisely because he is wise
enough to know that ALL Science Imbeciles are full of shit. Immortal science
is full of shit, while moi knows all. :)

   Re: Will Moi Live Forever?

   Yes, of course, silly thing!

If vitamin D-3 does NOT do it, selenium will. If dosing with selenium don't
then iodine / iodide will. If nothing else iodide protects against age related
   hair loss.

Then taking vitamin K-2 MK-7 covers a lot of heart disease problems. So, does
   eating a largely vegetarian diet.

The simplest life saving approach is cooking my food with turmeric food
seasoning. Turmeric therapy covers both Alzheimer's disease and cancer. The
really magic bullet is the inclusion of black pepper which makes turmeric food
   seasoning even more
effective. Turmeric could be the ONLY valid chemical solution to protect
   against Alzheimer's disease.

Of course, moi is also employing sleep as brain detoxification as protection
   against Alzheimer's disease, unlike Trig.

In short, moi unlike all the Science Imbeciles has all his bases covered
without any of them helping in the least. Reading about doing the walk, Trig
wont save your ass. ONLY doing the walk will save your ass.

Babble on Trig, and be the idiot that you make yourself out to be on these
   ngs.
