   If a person was lied to by bad actors and got unneeded botched surgery, and   
   only then realized her mistake, don’t you think bad actors still have to be   
   punished?   
      
   Yeah, maybe they demanded it at some point. But hundreds and thousands of   
   young men and women (especially women) who were lied to that this will help   
   them with their mental issues are still victims.
