   Administrators in the U.S. higher circles confidentially hope for more   
   nuclear "tests" by the North Koreans so as to deplete their limited stock   
   of plutonium.  The more "pip-squeak bombs (tested)" to quote sources, the   
   less nuclear material available for limited effectiveness warheads.   
      
   "N.K. atomic warheads used in battle would be little more than dirty   
   bombs", according to the high source quoted, but would give the West more   
   than adequate reason to level the enemy nation with strategic thermonuclear   
   explosives.   
      
   Back stage, Kim Jong Il is referred to as an insignificant "weasel" playing   
   with fire in his atomic sandbox.
