   Have teh japanese hit anything of substance in the last 50yrs?  There's   
   a reason their military is called teh "Japanese Self-Defence Force."   
      
   South Korea might be a better bet...except that they feel sorry for thei   
   comrades in teh North...and don't particularly care for the US presence   
   right now.
