   North Korea has been a family run business for many years now. Unlikely   
   to change without a major spark.   
      
   South Korea might have the right idea. They recently partnered with the   
   North in a couple of business projects along teh DMZ. Give the North   
   Koreans a taste of teh better life and suddenly Kim and Communism will   
   appear less appealing.
