   North Korea has gone from a perceived feared military power to the world's   
   biggest laughing stock after its so-called nuclear test.  It was a total   
   dud.  A partial "fizzle", at best, in the lingo of atomic scientists.   
      
   The fact that it was an underground test only reinforces the technical   
   ineptitude and political clumsiness of this backward dictatorship state.   
   Any country that wishes to make an impressive demonstration for the world   
   audience chooses an atmospheric detonation, with its glorious heat,   
   radiation and blast for all to see and measure its power.  An underground   
   blast only causes enough rumble to ruffle the dust, even if it comes up to   
   designed power.  But to make an atmospheric test requires confidence that   
   the thing will actually explode with a solid nuclear bang.  N.K. didn't   
   have that confidence and its underground fizzle adequately puts their four   
   ton radioactive toy in its proper place.  A single B-52 bomber loaded with   
   smart conventional weapons is capable of a larger destruction radius than   
   this N.K. joke of a bomb.   
      
   North Korea has proven to the world that it has a heavy, undeliverable nuke   
   without an atomic bang for all its political capital expended, not to   
   mention scarce resources.  What fools they are for they achieved nothing   
   except military embarassment.  The world now knows they are all bluster and   
   threats with no real atomic capability and their rockets are just as   
   ineffective.   
      
   It will be interesting to see what the Leader will now do.  How many PRNK   
   scientists and technicians do you suppose he will ordered executed for   
   their failure to deliver as promised causing nothing but disgrace and   
   ridicule to befall Kim?
