   This is one case where the lefties are irritated that Rush's opinions   
   aren't law.  Isn't it interesting that the loony left would like   
   to see that Rush's personal opinion now be treated as if it was the   
   law.   
      
   Remember (for you lefties), the law isn't a toy for you to play   
   with and misinterpret.  This is one reason why the loony left wants   
   to overwhelm the courts with activist (instead of constitutionalist)   
   judges.
